Krone UK visiting Grassland

Visit us at plot 103 to see a full working demonstration of a wide selection of the latest Krone Grassland machinery featuring the new BiG M 500, Swadro 2000 and BiG X 1100.

A 13.2m cut from 5.3m front deck and two 4.4m side units, and a 520hp engine gives the BiG M 500 an output of up to 20ha/hr. Each mower is controlled separately and the big swath system provides the flexibility for wide spreading or merging two swaths into one; swathing is done before the crop hits the ground to avoid contamination.

Swadro 2000 is the world’s first 6 rotor rake with a working width of 19.00m (62’4”); this working width gives you the potential to rake up to 20ha/ph. Anything is possible with the Swadro 2000, width control, easy steering, easy operation and height control.

BiG X 1100 is the world’s most powerful forager, with a new 1,078hp MAN engine. The new silent space cab has been designed for ultimate level of comfort along with the new Krone joystick with a user friendly operation.

Alongside these flagship machines will be a selection of mounted and trailed mowers, tedders, single, twin and four rotor rakes.
 
We will be showing the new Fortima round baler along with Comprima balers and the BiG Pack square baler.
