'George Marshall Tractors are still a relatively new dealer who has embraced all aspects of the Krone product and sell the full product range now venturing into Self Propelled and commercial products. They have a high level of commitment to demonstrations and the visibility of the brand in the area. The attitude, approach of sales staff/ management is excellent and have a strong willingness to learn about the) product, and look for opportunities to enhance their coverage.'

Judged on the dealer’s overall commitment and performance to the Krone brand after their first full year of been a Krone dealer (Year based on a complete Krone financial year).

JPM Agriculture Ltd have rapidly integrated the Krone product range into their portfolio with no fear of BiG X, BiG Pack or sale of new product to the market and they were in our top 10 dealers for turnover in their first year. They are committed to using our recommended stocking lists to ensure parts are on the shelf for the machines they have sold and fully engaged with the training available and are looking to increase service training and stocking levels moving forward. Warranty has been taken on in house with claims coming in on time and they have managed several larges trade ins with limited support.'

Judged on the dealers commitment to stocking, following the KRONE UK sales process, level of product knowledge and level of business won across the full product range.

'Carrs Billington have consistently been our highest turnover dealer from last year. They show commitment across the full product range, and a strong focus on out of season stocking. They have strong commitment to the area with new branches opening, with rapid sales growth in those areas, with one being primarily focused on Krone.'

Service dealer of the year - Compass Tractors Ltd

Judged on the dealer’s commitment to Krone parts, out of season stocking ratios and parts promotion. Level of aftersales care provided and successful installation of new machines. Plus warranty turn around rate and a commitment to training over the last year and number of trained staff within the business.

'Compass Tractors Ltd have consistently shown a top level of commitment to Service and sells several BiG X year on year along with BiG Pack and significant numbers of large mowers tedders and rakes hence supporting a significant park of machines build up over many years. They have highly trained and experienced engineers and have a strong focus on training and developing new staff so they can maintain their high standards moving forward. They are fully committed to parts stocking so the right parts are always on the shelf and their management of the warranty process is always on time with accurate and correct information.'

We created this award last year to reward the merit of individual within the dealership and the name really says it all.

Last year I made a special mention of own Krone Ambassador Rodney Benson who was our territory manager for the SW who could not be with us because of his battle with cancer. Very sadly Rodney lost his battle in February this year and passed away. Tragically, Darren Metcalf who was Rodneys Product support colleuage was also diagnosed with Cancer the year and Darren lost his battle just last month. Both Rodney and Darren were real Krone Ambassadors - they lived for the work and will be sadly missed. So we would like to award the Krone Ambassador award in memory of Rodney and Darren. It was a difficult award to judge as there are many people out there who are 110% committed to the Krone brand and go above and beyond to sell or support it over and above many others. However there are some individuals who particularly stood out over the last year.

'Tim Adock is a individual who truly works in partnership with Krone, and works in a very flexible but driven manner. He deals incredibly well with any setbacks, and is back up and looking for Plan B. Has a very infectious “can do” attitude, which cascades and manifests itself within his team. He is not frightened of having a go and will commit to repairs, even on machines he has supplied. Always willing to help out at any time.'
