We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong technical aptitude, and desire to solve problems, for the role of Territory Service Manager experience with Hay and Forage Equipment and/or Heavy Equipment in our territory region consisting of Wyoming, Western Nebraska, Colorado, and Northwest New Mexico. Farming experience is a plus.

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following duties.

Build and maintain relationships with key dealer personnel. Work closely with our Wholegoods Territory Manager to provide support, guidance, problem solving, and/or training for those in the territory.

Address, prioritize and take ownership of technical problems as they occur in the field by following KNA’s procedures of documenting each issue and seeing them through to resolution. Work closely with appropriate Krone departments to identify root causes and determine the proper resolution. Required to report and submit newly occurring machine issues. Inform and manage the completion of all field modifications.

Assist new dealers on KNA’s Service procedures, documentation, warranty and reporting systems. Provide guidance to underperforming dealers in their service responsibilities to improve their service to the level KNA customers expect. Assist all dealers by emphasizing KNA programs and specialty tools to enhance the dealer’s support to the end user. Participate in dealer open houses as requested. Assist Krone Support Team in dealer utilization of all system interfaces.

Plan and conduct yearly dealer service clinics as requested to add machine and technical knowledge to customer and/or dealer personnel. Attend service training sessions in the US and Germany as required.

Must be able to travel internationally to Germany and/or other countries as required.

Assist with preparing a preliminary suggested dealer parts stocking lists using prior machine experiences.

Authorize dealer’s request for the use of Commercial Products Loaner Units and inform the appropriate Wholegoods Territory Managers.

Submit appointments/weekly route plans and expense reports via KNA’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Expense Reporting System respectively.

Domicile is required to be in the assigned territory. Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable to operate company vehicles.

Travel consumes a significant portion of work time and can reach 30,000 to 40,000 miles per year. While variable throughout the year, high demand periods may require overnight stays of 3 to 4 nights per week.

Other duties may be assigned.

Must be willing to undergo background checks and a drug screening, in accordance with local laws/regulations. Must have a good driving history. Must be authorized to work in the US.
